Thank you for your interest in working in Reliance Residential School, where we are committed to making things better for children and young people. That means supporting and developing our staff, who are our most important resource. It also means listening to children and young people and learning from them, and each other, about how to improve what we do.

Our staff are at the heart of ensuring our commitment to children and young people can be realised. I hope you share my passion to make a difference and to improve children’s lives. If so, this is the place to work.

It’s an exciting time to be part of the children and young people’s agenda in Reliance Residential School, particularly for our schools’ staff who play a pivotal role in achieving our commitment. To do so, our schools staff will learn new skills and work in new and different ways and be supported and developed to do so. The opportunities are exciting in terms of the better outcomes that we can produce for children and young people.
